Meet T. A. from Ontario

I was born as a Christian, but growing up I would call myself more just a church goer, and not a believer. I became a believer of Jesus in this jail last year (2016).

I got a book from an inmate when I needed answers to a lot of questions in my life. The book was by author Joyce Meyer called Battlefield of the Mind. This book caused me to give my life to Jesus as my personal Saviour, and since then my life has never again been the same.

I also read Job’s story in the Bible which changed my way of reasoning and my spiritual life. I have gained a lot of knowledge from the Bible studies I have done so far with Crossroads.

The Gospel is part of my daily life now; to the point where if I miss a day of study; I don’t feel good. Every time I study, I learn something new about the Gospel.

I enjoyed Tier 1 study; especially Survey of the Bible. It gave me an in depth understanding of the Bible with good insight through the help of the Holy Spirit. I kept my Tier 1 lessons and refer to them when I need to know something. I study my Bible regularly and don’t want to miss any time I have to spend with God. It is really important to me.

I love Jesus and He loves me too and I want to know more and learn about Him.

I have a personal relationship with Jesus; and I believe that Tier 2 (the next course level at Crossroads) will help me to know Him more. It will help me grow more spiritually so that I may produce many spiritual fruits. I really look forward to Tier 2 because I am thirsting regularly to know more about God for myself and to help other people who might be struggling.

I had a lot of unanswered questions from the Bible before I started Tier 1; but I have answers to my questions now. Thanks!

Thanks to Jesus Christ through Crossroads who provided the resources we need for our Spiritual Journey.
